Cut up apples. Put half of the apples and the remaining ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds, stopping blender a few times to scrape sides, until smooth. Add remaining apples. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds longer, stopping blender a few times to creape sides, until smooth. Refrigerate any remaining applesauce. About 3 cups applesauce.
