4 | oz | Plain chocolate |
4 | oz | Milk chocolate |
4 | oz | White chocolate |
6 | tb | Single malt scotch whiskey |
Assorted fruits for dipping | ||
. such as: strawberries, | ||
. seedless grapes, cherries | ||
. apples and/or pineapple | ||
. slices |
Break each type of chocolate into separate bowls and melt over a pan of hot water (take care with the white chocolate, as this is more difficult to melt). Leave to cool.
When cool, add two Tbsp of whiskey to each bowl. Dip the fruits into the whiskey chocolate and arrange them carefully on a large plate or dish, making sure that none of the fruits touch each other.
