Title: Avocado Chutney - Cic

Yield: 6 Servings
1 | Ripe avocado | |
1/2 | Lemon's juice | |
1/4 | c | Plain cottage cheese |
1 | cl | Garlic; peeled and chopped |
2 | tb | Coriander leaves; chopped |
1 | Fresh green chili pepper; chopped (seeded for milder flavor) | |
1/2 | ts | Salt or to taste |
: Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh.
: Put the lemon juice in a blender or food processor and add the avocado along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until fairly smooth, add a little water if necessary, to make blending easier.
: Preparation takes 5 to 10 minutes.
