Title: Avocado Chutney - Cic

Yield: 6 Servings

1 Ripe avocado
1/2 Lemon's juice
1/4cPlain cottage cheese
1clGarlic; peeled and chopped
2tbCoriander leaves; chopped
1 Fresh green chili pepper; chopped (seeded for milder flavor)
1/2tsSalt or to taste

: Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and remove the stone. Scoop out the flesh.

: Put the lemon juice in a blender or food processor and add the avocado along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until fairly smooth, add a little water if necessary, to make blending easier.

: Preparation takes 5 to 10 minutes.
