Raw carrot, drained well | ||
1 | tb | Grated cucumber, drained |

1 | tb | Minced radish |
1/2 | ts | Snipped chives |

ds | Garlic salt |
Honey 1 Tbs honey
Lemon 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice 2 tsp sugar *best made with gelatin recipe yogurts
Orange 2 Tbs orange marmalade, OR 2 Tbs chopped fresh orange sections, WITH 2 tsp sugar
Peach 1 Tbs thick peach preserves; OR 5 thin slices fresh, peeled peach, halved, WITH 2 tsp sugar; OR 1/2 dried peach half, chopped
Peanut Butter 1 Tbs plain or crunchy peanut butter
Pear 5 thin slices pear, cut in half 2 tsp sugar
Peppermint 2 hard peppermint candies, crushed 2 tsp sugar
Pineapple- 1 Tbs pineapple juice concentrate Coconut 1 Tbs flaked coconut 1 Tbs pineapple preserves * Place ingredients in bottom of cup, in order given. *
Plum 2 small fresh plums, sliced. (Peel, if desired) 2 tsp sugar
Prune 2 prunes, chopped 2 tsp sugar
Raisin 2 Tbs golden raisins, cut in half
Raspberry 1 Tbs thick raspberry preserves
Strawberry 1 Tbs thick strawberry preserves, OR 2 Tbs sliced strawberries, WITH 2 tsp sugar
Tomato Juice 1 Tbs tomato juice dash garlic salt drop Tabasco sauce, before serving (optional)
Vanilla 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 to 3 tsp sugar
