JUST NORTH OF THE BORDER
4 Chiles, green
1/4cMayonnaise
2tbSour cream
1tbOil, olive
1tbLime juice
1 Garlic cloves, crushed
1/4tsSugar
1/4tsCumin, ground

Chiles should be roasted, peeled, seeded, and chopped.

Combine all ingredients and allow dressing to sit a few hours to blend flavors.

Heat Scale: Medium
