Title: Kind of Like Cheese, Only Different

Yield: 1 Servings
1 | c | Nutritional yeast |
1 | c | Flour |
2 | tb | Soy margerine |
1 | tb | Mustard |
Some sea salt |
Throw everything, except the mustard and margerine, in a saucepan and simmer til thick. This takes a lot of stirring. Add a little water if things get crazy. Once you have a smooth sauce going, remove from heat and stir in the mustard and margerine. Go to town and put it on everything.
Book's note: I love this stuff, and so do the hostages. Even the tough ones break down and beg for some no-cheese on their noodles or mashed potatoes.
