Title: Orange, Radish, and Onion Salsa

1 | lg | Navel orange; peeled, cored and chopped |
1 1/2 | c | Red radishes; chopped |
1 | md | Red onion; peeled & roughly chopped |
2 | | Jalapeno peppers; seeded, cored, & finely minced |
3 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | tb | Red wine vinegar |
1 | tb | Minced cilantro or parsley |
| | ;salt & fresh ground pepper |
Place chopped orange in a medium mixing bowl or serving dish. Add
radishes, onion, and jalapeno peppers.
In a cup, combine oil, vinegar, cilantro, and salt and pepper. Whisk
with a fork, drizzle over salad, and toss to combine.
