1 1/2 | c | Broccoli florets |
1/2 | c | Scallions,cut diagonally |
| | Into 1" pieces |
1/2 | c | Diced red pepper |
1 1/2 | c | Water |
2 | tb | Dry sherry |
1 | tb | Soy sauce |
1 | pk | French's Spice Your Rice |
| | Beef and Onions Flavor |
| | Seasoning |
1 1/2 | c | Rice |
Saute beef in oil in large skillet until browned,about 3 to 5 minutes.Add
vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes.Add water,sherry,soy sauce and seasoning
mix.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Cover; remove from heat.Let stand 5
minutes.Fluff with a fork.Makes 4 servings
