Title: Quick Apple Cutney

2 | md | Golden Delicious apples, |
Cored and cubed (2 cups) | ||
2 | tb | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Red wine |
2 | tb | Apple cider vinegar |
3/4 | ts | Ground ginger |
1/8 | ts | Ground cloves |
2 | tb | Raisins |
Wash apples, quarter and remove cores. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes. Place cubes in a small skillet with sugar, red wine, cider vinegar, ginger, cloves and raisins. Bring to a simmer on medium high and lower heat to medium. Let cook gently for 5-6 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken. Serve with pork.
