Title: Quick Horseradish Sauce

ESSENCE OF EMERIL #EE2141 | ||
2 | c | Finely-grated horseradish |
1 | c | White vinegar |
1 | tb | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Sour cream |
Salt and pepper |
In a small saucepan combine horseradish, vinegar, sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer until liquid has reduced by half. Cool slightly. In a small bowl whisk sour cream to lighten. Add horseradish mixture, stir until well-combined and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Yield: About 3/4 Cup
