Title: Hazelnut Chocolate Cake

1 c | Butter | |
3 | /4 c | Hazelnut liqueur |
1 | /4 c | Cocoa |
1 | /4 c | Water |
2 c | Flour | |
1 1 | /2 c | Brown sugar |
1 t | s Baking soda | |
2 | Eggs | |
14 o | z Sweet condensed milk | |
: | TOPPING----- | |
1 | /4 c | Butter |
1 | /4 c | Cocoa |
3 c | Powdered sugar | |
1 1 | /2 c | Hazelnuts -- chopped |
Melt butter in pan, stir in cocoa then liquids. Bring to a boil and set aside. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, then beat in cocoa mixture. Add eggs and 1/3 cup sweet condensed milk; beat well. Pour into a grease and floured 15x10" pan and bake at 350~ for 20-25 minutes. TOPPING: In saucepan, melt butter, cocoa, remainder of sweet condensed milk and powdered sugar. Stir until smooth. Pour over warm cake, sprinkle top with chopped hazelnuts.
