4 | oz | Sugar |
3 | oz | Flour, plain |
1 | c | Oats, flaked |
1 | c | Mixed fruit |
2 | ts | Honey [1 dessertspoon of...] |
1/2 | tb | Bicarbonate of soda |
Melt butter with honey. Add to dry ingredients. Press into swiss roll tin. Bake in moderate oven for 20 minutes [no longer]. Cut into fingers when cold.
