Title: Kentucky Pecan Chocolate Chip Pie

4 | Whole eggs | |
3/4 | c | White sugar |
1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
3 | tb | Bourbon (optional) |
1 | c | White corn syrup |
1 | Stick melted butter | |
1 | tb | Flour |
1 | c | Chopped pecans |
1 | c | Chocolate chips |
1 | Unbaked 10 inch pie shell |
Beat eggs. Add them to sugars, vanilla, bourbon, corn syrup, butter, and flour. Mix well.
Distribute nuts and chips in the bottom of the pie shell. Pour filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream. Serve Warm.
