ICING | ||
2 | ts | Cocoa |
1 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Water |
Desiccated coconut |
Beat the sugar and butter to a cream, add the well beaten eggs, lastly add the flour and baking powder. Bake in a sandwich tin in a moderate oven. When cold, cut into squares, dip in warm icing and roll in coconut.
ICING: Combine cocoa, sugar and water and boil for 3 minutes.
