1 1/2cSugar
3cSelf raising flour
1cMilk
4 Eggs
ICING
1kgIcing sugar
3tbCocoa (or 4 tb)
100gButter
1/2cHot water
  Vanilla essence
  Desiccated coconut

Beat butter, sugar and eggs together. Add milk, then flour. Beat well, and bake in a large square tin at 175~C (350 F) for about 3/4 hour. When cold, cut into squares, ice all over and roll in the coconut.

ICING: Sift the icing sugar with the cocoa. Work in butter and hot water, more water may be wanted. Flavour to taste with vanilla essence.
