3/4 | ts | Caraway seed |
1 1/2 | c | Dry rice |
1/2 | c | Prepared Thousand Island |
Dressing | ||
3 | oz | Swiss cheese,cut into |

Mix corned beef,sauerkraut,water and caraway seed in a large skillet.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Pour dressing over rice and top with cheese.Cover;remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Makes 4 servings.
