Title: Lemon Ice Cream Tarts

1/2 | ga | Ice cream, vanilla |
12 | oz | Lemonade concentrate; |
Frozen, undiluted | ||
21 | Graham cracker tart shells; 3" each | |
Chocolat shavings; opt. |
Place half of ice cream and half of lemonade concentrate in container of electric blender; blend until smooth. Pour into tar shells. Repeat with remaing ice cream and lemonade. Freeze until firm. Carefully remove filled crust from tart pans about 5 minutes before serving. Top with chocolate shavings, if desired.
