Title: Lemon Ice Cream Tarts

Yield: 21 Tarts

1/2gaIce cream, vanilla
12ozLemonade concentrate;
  Frozen, undiluted
21 Graham cracker tart shells; 3" each
  Chocolat shavings; opt.

Place half of ice cream and half of lemonade concentrate in container of electric blender; blend until smooth. Pour into tar shells. Repeat with remaing ice cream and lemonade. Freeze until firm. Carefully remove filled crust from tart pans about 5 minutes before serving. Top with chocolate shavings, if desired.
