Title: Lemonade Cookies

1c(2 sticks) butter or
  Margarine, softened
 lCup granulated sugar
2 Eggs
3cSifted all-purpose flour
1tsBaking soda
 l(6-ounce) can frozen
  Lemonade
  Concentrate, thawed (divided
  Use)
  Red-tinted sugar

Preheat oven to 400 F. Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs; beat until light and fluffy.

Sift together flour and baking soda; add alternately to creamed mixture with 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. Blend well.

Drop dough from a teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake about 8 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.

Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemonade concentrate; sprinkle with red-tinted sugar. Cool on a rack. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
