Title: Low Fat Bean Dip

Yield: 1 3/4 cups
3 | tb | Lemon juice |
15 | oz | Can pinto beans, rinsed and |

3 | tb | Chopped green onion |
2 | tb | Low fat mayonnaise |
1 1/2 | ts | Seeded minced jalapeno |
Pepper OR to taste | ||
1 | ts | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 | ts | Salt OR to taste |
1/4 | ts | Sugar |
Combine all ingredients in a blender of food processor and process until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl.
Use raw vegetables or tortilla chips for dipping.
Store in refrigerator.
Diabetic Exchange: Two tablespoon serving (made without salt) equals 1 vegetable, also 28 calories; 149 mg sodium, 0 chol; 5 gm carbo; 2 gm protein, trace fat.
