1/2	c	Granulated Sugar
2	ts	Vanilla
2		Eggs
2 1/4	c	Flour, All-Purpose --
		Sifted
1	ts	Baking Soda
1	ts	Salt
1 1/2	c	M&Ms< Plain Chocolate Candy

Blend shortening and sugars in a large bowl. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Sift remaining dry ingredients together; add to sugar mixture, blending well. Stir in 1/2 cup of M&M candies. Drop from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet; decorate tops with remai Makes about 6 dozen.
