1 | /3 c | margarine -- softened |
1 1 | /4 t | s maple extract |
1 t | s vanilla extract | |
1 | egg | |
1 | egg white | |
2 c | flour, all-purpose | |
3 | /4 t | s baking soda |
1 | /2 t | s ground cinnamon |
1 | /4 t | s ground allspice |
1 | /8 t | s ground cloves |
: | vegetable cooking spray |
Preheat oven to 325-degrees.
Cream the sugar and margarine at medium speed of a mixer until light and fluffy (about 3 minutes). Add extracts, egg, egg white; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, and spices; stir well. Gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well. Drop dough by level tablespoons onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake 10 minutes; let cool on pans 1 minute, then remove to wire racks to cool completely.
