Title: Praline Ice Cream Sauce

1/4 | lb | (about 22) marshmallows |
1 1/3 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | c | Light cream |
1 | ds | Salt |
4 | tb | Butter or |
Margerine | ||
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1/3 | c | Broken up pecans |
Combine first four ingredients in 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Heat and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes (or to 224 degrees). Remove from heat; add butter. Cool slightly; add vanilla and nuts. Serve warm. Makes approximately 2 cups worth. [end]
