Title: Quick Spring Rolls

Yield: 20 Servings
1 | pk | PAMPAS Spring Roll Pastry; thawed |
300 | g | Chicken fillets; minced |
1/2 | sm | Cabbage; shredded |
1 | lg | Carrot; shredded |
1 | bn | Spring onions; tops included finely chopped |
1 | Green capsicum; finely chopd | |
1 | ts | Dried garlic granules |
1 | ts | Chinese five spice powder; optional |
Black pepper; to taste | ||
1. Pr | ehea | t oven to 200~C. |
2. Combine chicken, cabbage, carrot, spring onions, capsicum, garlic, Chinese Five Spice and pepper.
3. Place about 1 tablespoon of mixture on each pastry sheet, fold sides of pastry inwards, then roll up gently, brush edge with a little oil to seal. repeat with remaining pastry and filling.
4. Place rolls on a greased baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Turn rolls over and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes. Turning the rolls ensures that the pastry stays crisp. Serve with your favourite oriental flavoured sauce.
