Title: Raisin Cookie Pie

Yield: 8 Servings
1 1/8 | c | Flour |
1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Butter |
1/3 | c | Sugar |
1/3 | c | Brown sugar, packed |
1 | Egg | |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla extract |
1/2 | c | Raisins |
1/2 | c | Walnuts -- chopped |
1 | 9 inch pie crust | |
Vanilla ice cream |
Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, cream= butter with sugars. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture= and mix well. Stir in raisins and nuts. Spread into pie crust. Bake for 20= to 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool and serve with ice cream.
