Title: Red Raspberry Chocolate Bars^

2 1/2 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Sugar |
3/4 | c | Finely chopped pecans |
1 | c | Softened butter |
1 | Egg | |
12 | oz | Jar raspberry preserves |
1 | pk | (10oz) chocolate chips |
Preheat oven to 350F. and grease a 13X9" pan.
Combine flour, sugar, nuts, butter and egg until crumbly. Set aside 1 1/2 cups of the mixture and press remaining into the bottom of the baking pan. Spread with preserves and sprinkle with chips, then remaining crumbs.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool; cut into bars.
