Title: Rock Buns

8 | oz | Flour, self-raising |
1 | c | Coconut |
1 | c | Sultanas, or any other fruit. |
1/4 | lb | Butter, or margarine |
1 | Egg | |
1 | ts | Cinnamon, or any spices |
4 | oz | Sugar |
Milk |
Cream butter [or margarine] and sugar. Add egg then other ingredients. Cook about 190^ [electric] for about 20 minutes. It should be a firm mixture.
You can add nuts or dried apricots, dates, ginger, mixed fruit or any other fruits. Add more spices for more flavour. Also make any size you wish, a dessertspoon or tablespoon of mixture placed on a greased tray. If you wish you can sprinkle sugar and spice on top of each bun.
