Title: Rose's Honey and Lime Dressing

2 | Limes; juice of | |
2 | Limes; grated peel of green part only | |
1/4 | c | Honey |
1 | c | Sour cream |
1 | c | Real mayonnaise |
1 | oz | Green creme de menthe liqueur (2 tablespoons) |
Add lime juice and grated peel to bowl. Add honey and mix well. Add sour cream and mayonnaise, mix and add creme de menthe. Serve over fruit platter. Makes 2-1/4 cups.
