3	c	Flour
	pn	Salt
60	g	Butter
2	ts	Bicarbonate of soda
		Milk, to mix

Rub butter into dry ingredients, and stir in enough milk to make a moist but firm dough.

There should be as little as possible. A knife is the best thing to mix with.

Bake in a very hot oven for 15 minutes.
