Title: Sherbet Freeze Pie

8 | oz | Cream cheese; softened |
7 | oz | Jar marshmallow creme |
2 | c | Sherbet; softened * |
2 | c | Whipped topping |
(for 9 inch crust) | ||
OR | ||
3 | c | Whipped topping |
(10 inch crust) | ||
1 | Graham cracker crust; 9 or 10 inch bought crust |
NOTE: This recipe works well with your choice of raspberry, orange or lime sherbet.
Beat softened cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the softened sherbet. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
Pour into the crust. Place in freezer and freeze until firm. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
Remove from the freezer about 30 minutes before serving.
