250	g	Plain flour
85	g	Butter
30	g	Sugar
1		Egg
		Water

Stir the two flours together and rub in butter.

Add sugar and mix well; beat egg, add to a little water.

Mix the flour with this to a nice dough, just stiff enough to roll out.
