Title: Sour Cream Pancakes

3lgEggs
1/4cSour cream
1 3/4cButtermilk
1tsBaking soda
1cFlour
1/4tsSalt
1tbSugar
3tbMelted butter

Have all ingredients at room temperature.

Beat eggs lightly, add sour cream and mix well.

Combine soda and buttermilk and add to egg mixture; add sifted dry ingredients and then the melted butter.

The batter should be very thin.

Cook over medium heat in skillet. Serve with fresh fruit, jam or syrup.
