Title: Strawberry Sherbert

Yield: 3 Servings

6	oz	To 10 oz frozen, sweetened strawberries, thawed
2	c	Milk
1/2	c	Orange Juice
1/4	ts	Cinnamon

Puree strawberries and strain through a sieve to remove seeds. Combine them with remainder of ingredients and freeze as directed. Makes about 3 quarts.

This sherbet has a delightful fresh strawberry flavor. Try a scoopful in a glass of gingerale for a special treat.
