Title: Streusel Coffee Cake

1 1/2 | c | All-purpose flour |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1 | Beaten egg | |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1/4 | c | Cooking oil |
3/4 | c | Raisins or baking chips |
2 | tb | Brown sugar |
1 | tb | All-purpose flour |
1 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1 | tb | Margarine |
1/2 | c | Chopped nuts |
In a bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl stir together egg, milk, and oil. Add liquid mixture to four mixture, mix well. Stir in raisins or baking chips (chocolate, butterscotch, peanut butter). Pour into a GREASED 9x9x2-inch baking pan.
Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon; cut margarine in until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes. Serve warm.
