Title: Tamora Pudding

Yield: 4 Servings

1mdPapaya, slightly unripe, - peel & seeds removed
1cPineapple chunks, fresh
2mdOranges, juiced -=OR=-
1/2cOrange juice

Cut the papaya into small pieces. Put in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend at medium speed until smooth. Pour into pudding glasses. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until the puddings are firm. Then serve immediately.

If keeping the puddings longer, cover tightly & store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
