Title: Tamora Pudding

Yield: 4 Servings
1 | md | Papaya, slightly unripe, - peel & seeds removed |
1 | c | Pineapple chunks, fresh |
2 | md | Oranges, juiced -=OR=- |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
Cut the papaya into small pieces. Put in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend at medium speed until smooth. Pour into pudding glasses. Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or until the puddings are firm. Then serve immediately.
If keeping the puddings longer, cover tightly & store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
