Title: Tutti-Fruiti Ice Cream Salad

Yield: 1 Batch

2 Strawberry jello, 6 oz boxes
1cBoiling water
2cJuice from the pineapple &
  Fruit cocktail
1cnFruit cocktail, drained
  (save juice)
1cnCrushed pineapple, 20 oz,
  Drained (save juice)
1qtVanilla ice cream
1cSlivered almonds (opt)

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add mixture of fruit cocktail syrup and pineapple juice. Add ice cream and stir to dissolve. When partially set, add drained fruits and nuts. Spoon into 3 qt mold or oblong dish. Chill until firm. Recipe makes 18 servings. from: Mary's Memo
