Title: Tutti-Fruiti Ice Cream Salad

1 | c | Boiling water |
2 | c | Juice from the pineapple & |
Fruit cocktail | ||
1 | cn | Fruit cocktail, drained |
(save juice) | ||
1 | cn | Crushed pineapple, 20 oz, |
Drained (save juice) | ||
1 | qt | Vanilla ice cream |
1 | c | Slivered almonds (opt) |
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add mixture of fruit cocktail syrup and pineapple juice. Add ice cream and stir to dissolve. When partially set, add drained fruits and nuts. Spoon into 3 qt mold or oblong dish. Chill until firm. Recipe makes 18 servings. from: Mary's Memo
