Title: Fudge ( Carnation Famous )

Yield: 2 Servings
2 | tb | Butter or margarine |
2/3 | c | Undilutecd Evaporated Milk |
1 1/2 | c | Granulated sugar |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
2 | c | (4 ounces) miniature marshmallows |
1 1/2 | c | Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels |
1 | ts | Vanilla etract |
1/2 | c | Chopped pecans or walnuts |
BuHer 8-inch square pan. In medium saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constanUy; remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, morsels, vanilla and nuts. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows melt completely. Pour in pan. Cool and cut into squares. Hint For a thicker fudge, use a 7x5-inch loaf pan. (Makes 2 pounds)
