4	c	Applesauce
1/2		Lemon, juice from
	ds	Nutmeg
4	lg	Egg whites
	ds	Salt
1		Baked 9 inch pie shell
GARNISH
		Whipped cream

Season applesauce with the juice of 1/2 lemon and the nutmeg.

Beat 4 egg whites with salt until stiff. Fold into applesauce. Spread in baked pie shell.

Chill.

Serve with sweetened whipped cream.
