Title: Oregon Hazelnut Macaroons

Yield: 30 Cookies
1 | c | Oregon hazelnut paste |
1 | c | Sugar |
1 | ts | Orange peel |
1/8 | ts | Salt |
2 | Egg whites; beaten stiff |
Blend paste, sugar, orange peel and salt. Fold in egg whites. Drop by teaspoons onto lightly-greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 oven 15 to 17 minutes, until golden brown. Cool.
