Title: Scalloped Cabbage with Cheese Whiz

4cShredded cabbage
2cWater
1tsSalt
SAUCE
4tbButter
1/4tsPepper
1cMilk
1/2cLiquid from cabbage
4tbFlour
1/2tsSalt
1cCheez Whiz

Cook cabbage for 10 minutes. Drain. Save 1/2 cup liquid for sauce.

Sauce: 1 medium onion, finely chopped Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan, blend in salt and pepper and flour. Stir in milk and cabbage liquid. Cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Boil 1 minute. Add onion and Cheez Whiz. Cook until cheese melts. Place drained cabbage in buttered dish (baking). Cover cabbage with sauce and mix with fork. Top with cheese cracker crumbs.
