Title: Scrambled Eggs a L'indienne

Yield: 2 Servings
1 | Whole onion -- chopped | |
3 | tb | Butter |
1/2 | ts | Curry powder |
4 | Eggs | |
1/4 | c | Tomato sauce |
Saute onions in butter until soft, about 10 minutes. Add curry powder and stir well. Beat eggs slightly, add the tomato sauce and blend. Stir into the onion mixture and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until eggs are set.
