Date: Sat, 22 Apr 1995 11:28:04 GMT Beat the eggs with the milk and seasonings. Melt butter in a skillet and scramble the eggs. Stir in the chopped petals. Mound eggs on top of buttered muffin halves and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve immediately.
