1/3 | c | Shortening |
2 | c | Self-rising flour |
3/4 | c | Milk; more or less |
Heat oven to 450. Cut shortening into flour. Stir in milk. Round dough up on lightly floured board. Knead gently 10 times. Roll out to 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick. Cut into rounds. Place on ungreased pan. Bake 10-12 minutes.
