1/4 | ts | Curry powder |
1 | ts | Lemon juice |
1 | ds | Cayenne pepper |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | lb | Sea Legs Crabmeat Blend |
3/4 | c | Thawed frozen peas |
1/2 | c | Thinly sliced celery |
1/4 | c | Chopped green onions |
1/3 | c | Dry roasted peanuts or |
Cashews | ||
1 1/2 | c | Shredded red cabbage |
Mandarin oranges |
In med bowl combine mayo, curry, lemon juice, cayenne & salt. Toss with crabmeat, peas, celery, green onions & nuts. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors. Serve on shredded cabbage & garnish with oranges.
