Title: Peppery Rice

Yield: 6 Servings

2cBrown rice
4cChicken broth
1/4cGreen onion, chopped
1/4cRed peppers, chopped
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsGarlic powder
1/4tsCayenne pepper
1/4tsWhite pepper

Place rice and chicken broth in a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer another 20 minutes. Serves 6.
