2 | c | Plain yogurt |
1 | tb | Wheat germ |
1 | tb | Light oil, such as apricot kernel or almond oil |
1 | tb | Honey |
Yogurt is rich in vitamins, protein and calicum. If your skin seems dull or colorless, use this treatment to make it glow. If you have oily skin, omit the oil in this recipe.
Mix together all ingredients. To use, slather all over the body, including the ahir, and massage well. Rinse the body in a warm shower followed by a cool rinse - as cold as you can stand it.
