1/2	c	Assorted citrus zest
1/2	c	Light oil

Place the zest in a glass or ceramic bowl. Pour the oil over the zest and heat in the microwave until warm, about 2 minutes on High. If you do not have a microwave, the oil can be heated seperately on the stove top and poured over the citrus zest. Cool completely to allow all of the essential oils from the zest to be released. Remove all of the zest from the oil, using a slotted spoon. Pour the oil into a clean jar or bottle.
