Title: Bulgarian Buttermilk Pancakes

2cBulgarian buttermilk
3/4tsSoda
2 Whole egg yolks
2 Stiffly
1tbSugar
2 1/2tsBaking powder
1/2tsSalt
1 3/4cSifted flour
1/2 Cube
  Beaten egg whites
  Butter -- melted

Combine buttermilk, soda and egg yolks. Sift together sugar, baking powder, salt, flour and add to first mixture, blending well. Add melted butter and combine thoroughly. Gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites and bake on lightly greased griddle.
