Title: Bundt Apple Cream Coffee Cake

1 | ts | Soda |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
2 | Apples -- peeled and finely | |

1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Sour cream |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
2 | c | Flour |
Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs and beat well add vanilla. Sift all dry ingredients together add alternately with sour cream to the creamed mixture. Fold in apples. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Sprinkle with this mixture before baking:
Õ1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. margarine 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped nuts Õ Bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
