1 | c | Sugar |
2 | Eggs | |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla |
1 | c | Buttermilk or sour milk |
2 | c | Flour |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Soda |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | c | Cocoa |
Cream first 4 ingredients. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Add flour mixture and 1 cup buttermilk, mix well. Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees. May be frosted.
